Brian Mansouri joined AR Global in March 2012 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions. In this role, he oversees the sourcing, underwriting, and structuring of direct, net lease real estate investment opportunities in the U.S. and Europe, with a focus on executing sale leaseback transactions. Brian is also responsible for managing the assets within the company’s portfolio by maintaining relationships with tenants and facilitating leasing and strategic dispositions as needed. During his career, Brian has sourced and overseen the acquisition of more than $3.5 billion of real estate assets. Prior to joining the company, Brian served as an analyst in GE Capital’s real estate group in New York. He earned a BBA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a major in real estate.
