Doug has been involved in the net lease sector his entire real estate career. Over the past 21 years, Doug has financed and/or acquired more than $1 billion in net leased properties, with a focus on industrial and office buildings.

Previous roles include:
Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER); Senior Vice President of Acquisitions for CapLease, Inc. (NYSE: LSE); Vice President of Acquisitions for Broadstone Net Lease; and Real Estate Attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft in New York City.

Doug holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
