Tonya is most recently responsible for coordinating and enabling diverse teams of professionals globally to identify, develop and deliver value-added outcomes overseeing process improvements and innovations in both operating and capital plans, across 23 countries for a key financial and wealth management client. During her 26+ year career within the CRE industry, she has led in capacities across Project Management, Facility Management, Contract Governance, Compliance and Supply Chain Management. Tonya consistently demonstrates a strong drive and persistence for transformative outcomes that yield both cost optimization and exceptional customer service results. She builds trust with her clients and team members through a servant leadership mindset and highly optimistic viewpoint.

At CBRE for 22+ years; Tonya was the Chairperson of the company’s Black Excellence Business Resource Group for just over a decade. Additionally, she served as members of the Women’s Network Advisory Board and Diversity Advisory Council. In these capacities, Tonya inspired and motivated hundreds of professionals and colleagues, and coordinated with key executive leaders on strategic business diversity, equity, and inclusive initiatives.

Tonya is a graduate of North Carolina State University, where she majored in Civil Engineering with Construction Option. Tonya holds her RPA certification, LEED-NC accreditation and her CCIM designation. Prior to joining CBRE, Tonya held positions within both state and city government agencies.
